Wrong items delivered: 

The wrong item should be returned to us. The correct item will be dispatched once we receive the wrong item.  No transport cost will be charged to the buyer.

Exchange: 

The exchange of products will be accepted only if the buyer pays for the transport cost for returning the products and for delivering the new product.

1.The picture of damaged item is required.

2.Once the picture is been confirmed, we will inform buyer to return the product damaged during the transportation, and deliver a new one at our expense of transport.
