1. 1. Please offer dimensional diagram or sample or use the format as below.
2. 2. MOQ 300 pieces above, less than that please email us your ideas.
3. 3. Acceptable specification of order: M4-M12, required length is subject to its manufacturing process.
4. 4. PROTI reserves the rights to single business or purchased orders.
5. 5. PAYMENT：
   • *. PAYPAL or T/T is acceptable.
   • *. We require a 50% partial advance payment.
   • *. We will notify you by email when order is finished. Balance is due at that time;
   • *. those will be shipped after we have received payment in full.
6. 6. SHIPPING：
   • *. 3-5 business days in Asia, 7-10 business days in others.
   • *. Shipping quote will be notified to customer who is responsible for all shipping charges as well.
7. 7. RETURN：
   • *. We do not offer return service on customization order which is confirmed from both side.
   • *. We accept minor revise in 3 days (Sunday and Saturday are excluded) after the dimensional diagram has been
        confirmed and signed from both side,once ordering is in producing process, any rescind or return is declined.
